  • Work with PLC-based control systems (monitoring, troubleshooting, and limited edits depending on experience)
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, wiring diagrams, and ladder logic
  • Support electrical systems ranging from 120V through 480V, including single- and three-phase power
  • Collaborate with mechanical maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime
  • Perform preventative maintenance and respond to equipment breakdowns during assigned shift
  • Follow all safety procedures and plant standards consistently

  • Exposure to PLC-controlled equipment (Allen-Bradley and/or Siemens strongly preferred)
  • Ability to read and understand electrical schematics and wiring diagrams
  • Experience working with CNC machines or automated manufacturing equipment
  • Reliable, safety-conscious, and able to work independently when needed

Preferred Backgrounds

  • Manufacturing, automotive, metal machining, bearing, or heavy industrial environments
  • Technicians who enjoy problem-solving and being the go-to electrical resource on shift
  • Candidates with stable work history and a strong sense of ownership over equipment reliability

Why This Opportunity

  • Join a local manufacturer with a strong reputation and long-term stability
  • Work in a technically engaging environment with modern equipment and automation
  • Clear expectations, consistent scheduling, and supportive leadership
  • Opportunity to make a real impact during off-shift operations
