About the Role

Seeking a Fulfillment Supervisor to join our team in Mebane, NC. If you’re passionate about operational excellence, warehouse leadership, and building high-performing teams, this is your opportunity to make a measurable impact in a fast-paced production environment.

Schedule: 7pm-7am on a 2-2-3 rotating schedule

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day fulfillment operations, ensuring accurate and on-time shipping and receiving activities.
• Provide hands-on supervision, coaching, and mentorship to fulfillment team members on the floor.
• Proven background leading 25 people in a warehouse/fulfillment environment.
• Partner with the Fulfillment Manager to execute department goals, performance metrics, and operational improvements.
• Monitor workflow, staffing, and schedules to support productivity, quality, and customer requirements.
• Address and resolve operational issues using effective problem-solving and fact-based decision making.
• Promote a safe, secure, and organized work environment through consistent adherence to safety and housekeeping standards.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Manhattan SCALE.
• Experience with operating sit down and reach forklifts.

Education/Requirements

• EducationHigh school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Working Experience5+ years of experience in fulfillment, warehousing, or distribution environments, including prior supervisory or lead responsibilities.
• BackgroundExperience working in fast-paced manufacturing or logistics operations with strong shipping, receiving, and inventory workflows.
• SkillsStrong people leadership, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions under pressure.
• Expertise with Specific ApplicationsWorking knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS - Manhattan/Scale a plus), Microsoft Office, and standard reporting tools.
