Engineering Manager needed for a manufacturing company in Irvine, CA!

Salary: $150k- $190k

We are seeking a customer focused Engineering Manager to lead our Engineering Services team. This role supports key customers and major projects by delivering technical expertise, driving Custom Product Design and Off Site Fabrication efforts, and partnering with sales to grow revenue and expand market presence.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate global engineering and project services for major customers and strategic accounts.
• Partner with sales to support business development and increase billable service hours.
• Manage and develop the Engineering Services team; improve tools, processes, and efficiency.
• Oversee all Custom Product Design and Off?Site Fabrication projects, ensuring quality, communication, and on?time delivery.
• Promote Engineering Services through internal and external communication channels.
• Monitor and report on customer needs and market trends.

Qualifications

• B.S. or M.S. in Mechanical Engineering (or related field); PE preferred.
• 10+ years of relevant experience
• Experience with piping and plumbing systems is a plus.
• Strong problem?solving, critical thinking, and attention to detail.
• Proactive, curious, and innovative mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills.
