<div> Transportation Compliance Manager needed for a transportation company in West Sacramento. Shift: Monday to Friday 630am to 3pm Salary: $95,000- $105,000 Responsibilities <ul> <li>Maintain all transportation credentials and registrations (USDOT, UCR, CA Number, PHMSA, HMSP, CARB Clean Truck Check, CHP HMTL)</li> <li>Manage hazmat compliance per 49 CFR and CA Title 13 CCR</li> <li>Ensure cargo tank inspection and testing compliance (49 CFR Part 180, CARB)</li> <li>Oversee HOS/ELD, DVIR, BIT inspections, driver qualification files, D&amp;A programs, EPN, and incident reporting</li> <li>Conduct internal audits of terminals, drivers, vehicles, and shipping documents; lead corrective actions</li> <li>Track and report compliance KPIs</li> <li>Serve as primary liaison with FMCSA, CHP, CARB, DTSC, OSHA, and CUPA</li> <li>Provide compliance guidance to Operations, Fleet, Dispatch, and HR</li> </ul> Requirements <ul> <li>High school diploma or GED required</li> <li>5+ years of transportation safety/compliance experience (hazmat or petroleum preferred)</li> <li>Strong knowledge of federal and CA transportation regulations</li> <li>Audit, reporting, and analytical experience</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office 365</li> </ul> </div>
