Job Summary

The Production Manager is responsible for overall management of manufacturing operations for lithium battery PACK, onboard chargers (OBC), inverters, starters, and related automotive power electronics products. This role ensures safe, efficient, and orderly production to achieve targets in output, quality, cost, and on-time delivery. The Production Manager leads production planning, process optimization, quality control, lean manufacturing implementation, team development, and EHS compliance.
