About Silq: SILQ’s core mission is to simplify global trade and create a cost-effective and sustainable supply chain that is accessible to everyone. Thinking about supply chain optimization from first principles, The team in India will focus on building the next generation of tooling for factories and a mobile application to collect quality data from the field and help us benchmark and improve factory performance.

About the role: You will be joining one of the fastest growing sales teams in the FreightTech space. As an Account Manager, you will work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients, and build client relationships in order to gain market share. In this role, you will directly contribute to our mission of building the largest sustainable global shipping network with a 40% Gross Margin by developing client relationships, while leveraging data, & technology to maximize the customer’s experience.

In this role, you will Build: Build relationships and establish credibility through remote and in-person meetings with new clients Build and promote customer engagement in our Silq app, through weekly check-ins with customers. Build a culture rooted in delivering “customer love”, you win when they win!

Execute: Diligently meet/exceed monthly goal to grow share of wallet once clients are onboarded. Work with internal teams to ensure client experience in app meets and exceeds expectations by ensuring projects are set up correctly in the system. Identify customer challenges; develop and implement solutions to create opportunities Identifying innovative ways, unique to each customer that demonstrate the value of Silq by delivering stellar customer service and their in-app experience. Conduct calls and face-to-face meetings with customers

Partner with data opps and engineering teams to overcome any blockers that affect the users experience in app. Strategize with team members to innovate; improve the overall customer experience. Collaborate with customers, front-line management, and various Silq departments.

In this role, you will need The desire to work with a high energy team who strive to learn and develop their sales and customer relationship skills A solution oriented mindset, looking to work in a quickly adapting tech environment Prior start-up client relationship and/or sales experience a plus Ability to resolve difficult and/or stressful customer service issues in a professional manner. Fix it; Strong organizational skills which include the ability to manage multiple projects at once A strong perspective around how technology can and has positively influenced the logistics & transportation industry
