We’re looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to drive the acquisition of prospects through all our inbound channels. You will be responsible for constantly testing and optimizing all our conversion-oriented landing pages, web programs, lead handoffs, and new initiatives around acquisition. You will work closely with all other marketing groups, sales, product and marketing engineers to design tests and create data-driven strategies to improve conversion.

What you'll do

  • Drive all website optimizations through well thought out web experiments that increase our CVR including changes to copy, flow, form management, and site load times
  • Lead our ABM strategy to acquire larger business through company targeting, custom messaging and sales enablement
  • Improve our speed to lead for qualification handoffs across digital marketing, lifecycle marketing, SDRs and AE through data analysis and proposed optimizations
  • Lead the creation of new web pages and microsites ensuring a high CVR through constant testing
  • Develop our referral program to deliver the most value to our customers as well as our sales team
  • Take new products to market in a variety of different GTM approaches

Who we're looking for

  • 3+ years of relevant growth marketing experience at a fast-growing B2B startup
  • Web optimization experience using multiple sources of data to build a testing strategy
  • A proven track record working with engineers to prioritize and execute tests at a high pace
  • An understanding of the marketing tech landscape and experience with each product category
  • Experience working with a high volume of paid landing pages and custom tracking codes
  • Experience with Marketing Automation (we use Hubspot) and Salesforce

For sales roles, the range provided is the role's On Target Earnings ("OTE") range, meaning that the range includes both the sales commissions/sales bonuses target and annual base salary for the role.
