About the role

Help transform mental healthcare for millions of kids nationwide as Marble’s next product leader. We're looking for a world-class PM to architect and scale our school experience. Working with a cross-functional team of engineering, operations, and design teammates, you’ll own Marble’s interface with schools at every step of the school partnership journey. This role sits at the heart of Marble’s mission to build a new mental healthcare system for kids, so if you are an ambitious product leader motivated by hard problems and real-world impact, we’d love to meet you.

What you’ll do

  • Build beautiful products that unlock care access, today
    • Counselor Onboarding — design the experience that introduces school counselors to Marble, helping them understand how Marble works and how it fits into their existing student support workflows
    • Student referrals — build the tools counselors use to identify students who may benefit from care, refer them to Marble, and track referral progress every step of the way
    • Care collaboration — enable seamless coordination between school counselors and Marble therapists, ensuring care is continuous between school and clinical teams
  • Change the paradigm school-based mental health, tomorrow
    • Integration — today, Marble primarily partners with school counselors. Tomorrow, Marble will play a much deeper role in how schools identify, support, and care for students. As the PM for our school experience, you’ll help define how Marble expands its reach within schools and shape the future of school-based mental healthcare.
  • Shape the strategy and culture that will define Marble for years to come
    • Product culture — we are a product-first organization with a product-first vision. As a product leader, your mandate is not just to build products in your immediate purview, but to help elevate the organization as a whole through the strategy that you set and the cultural principles you espouse.

Qualifications

Requirements
  • 6+ years in product management roles, ideally including enterprise-facing and consumer-facing
  • Experience building products 0→1, and scaling products 1→10
  • NYC-based and able to work from our SoHo office 3+ days/week
Bonus
  • Prior startup or early-stage experience is strongly preferred
  • Prior AI product experience
  • Prior experience in the healthtech space

    • The ability to design lightweight tests, validate hypotheses quickly, and iterate based on real user data. Knows how to test critical assumptions with minimal resources.
