About the role

Marble is extremely operationally complex. Our goal is to take a product / scale first approach to all problems in the business; however, the realities of early stage mean that we are constrained on the product we can build and just as importantly, we need sharp, product-minded operators to help us figure out the right products to build.
Operations at Marble are critical to enabling our scale and driving our long-term success and business model viability. The surface area for operations is significant given (1) the need for coordination and communication across referring counselors, students, guardians, and therapists, (2) the clinical complexities of running groups, onboarding and training therapists to deliver effective care, and (3) the payor complexities associated with accepting all public and private insurances, credentialing, and billing a vast group of payors.
This role is for a founding member of the operations team, reporting to our Cofounder. The potential surface area of this role is vast, representing the vast operational complexity of our business. This role will work in concert with the early Marble Health team to address the most pressing operational issues to enable scale.
Potential areas of responsibility include: stakeholder success (school counselors, students, parents, therapist), clinical operations (group operations, group curriculum, therapist training), payor operations (contracting, credentialing), and billing operations (revenue cycle management).

Ideal qualifications

5+ years experience working at a high-growth startup in an operations or business operations role
Bonus points for previous experience working in health care operations, especially experience with billing / RCM or credentialing
History of success and rapid advancement
