What you’ll do
Own the B2B product roadmap end-to-end
Serve as the standard-bearer for high-quality customer interactions
Partner closely with Gamma’s marketing, customer success, and sales leaders to drive our go-to-market motion overall
Deliver the next level of detail on Gamma’s team collaboration capabilities including workspace management, permissions, user provisioning, and admin controls
Drive and thoughtfully prioritize business-specific feature requests like SSO, SCIM, audit logs, security compliance, and data governance
Lead discovery and sequencing of workplace integrations (Slack, Microsoft Teams, Salesforce, etc.) and API capabilities for business use cases
Balance the needs of SMB and business customers while maintaining Gamma's consumer-grade product offering
Work hands-on with engineers to ship complex, scalable systems that meet business needs
Define success metrics and drive toward ambitious goals for revenue, adoption, and customer satisfaction
Experience needed
6+ years of experience in product management with at least 3+ years focused on B2B PLG SaaS or nascent AI GTM motions
Technical fluency to discuss complex tradeoffs with senior backend engineers, particularly around security, scalability, and integrations
Strong quantitative analysis skills and self-starter approach to analysis; we are a small team with no dedicated analysts at the moment
Experience working with top-tier designers to ship complex, polished user experiences that work for both end users and admins
Proven track record partnering with sales and customer success teams to inform product strategy and drive revenue outcomes
Deep care for engineering velocity and willingness to handle all the many small tasks that set engineers up for success
Customer empathy and ability to translate enterprise requirements into elegant product solutions
