What You'll Do
Own positioning and messaging for Gamma's AI-powered product portfolio, translating complex capabilities (LLM integration, image generation, design intelligence, content understanding) into clear, differentiated value propositions, particularly for technical and business buyers
Have deep technical fluency in how Gamma's AI works—from the models we use to the unique ways we apply them—enabling you to craft authentic, credible messaging that resonates with both technical and non-technical audiences
Lead go-to-market strategy and execution for major product launches (especially AI features and capabilities), coordinating cross-functional teams from kickoff through post-launch optimization to drive measurable business impact
Partner deeply with product, design, engineering, and AI teams to include customer insights and market intelligence into the roadmap, ensuring we're building what users need most while pushing the boundaries of what's possible
Build technical sales enablement materials that help teams articulate Gamma's AI differentiation, including competitive intelligence on other AI design tools, demos that showcase technical capabilities, and ROI frameworks that quantify AI-driven value
Craft compelling narratives around AI innovation that establish Gamma as a thought leader, from technical blog posts and launch announcements to executive positioning that explains our AI strategy and vision
Develop and execute integrated marketing programs that educate users on AI capabilities and drive adoption of AI-powered features across both self-serve and sales-led motions
Conduct market research to understand how AI is transforming creative workflows, track competitive AI developments, and identify opportunities for Gamma to lead the category
Serve as an AI product evangelist, confidently representing Gamma in technical conversations with customers, analysts, and at industry events focused on AI and design
Experience needed
6+ years of product marketing experience in B2B SaaS or technology products, with demonstrated experience marketing AI/ML products, developer tools, or other technical platforms to both prosumer and enterprise audiences
Strong technical foundation with genuine understanding of AI/ML concepts—you should be able to explain how LLMs work, understand the difference between fine-tuning and prompt engineering, discuss model capabilities and limitations, and translate technical features into business value
Demonstrated ability to develop technical fluency quickly and go deep on complex product capabilities, with track record of partnering effectively with engineering and research teams
Exceptional storytelling skills that bridge technical depth and business value
Strong cross-functional leadership with the ability to earn credibility with technical teams while influencing sales, marketing, and executive stakeholders
Analytical mindset with experience defining metrics for AI feature adoption, running experiments, and using data to optimize positioning and programs
Entrepreneurial spirit with comfort navigating the rapidly evolving AI landscape and moving quickly in a high-growth environment where technology and priorities constantly evolve
