Our first step to achieving our mission is to transform the recruiting experience into an easy, human and fair process, for both candidates and companies with high-volume job openings.
Emi, our main product, is an A.I. recruitment assistant that enables companies to engage in a conversation with each applicant to detect interested and qualified individuals while saving Recruiters a huge amount of time by automating tasks such as screening, validating skills, scheduling interviews, and collecting documents.
We were part of Y-Combinator's Winter 2019 batch and in 2022 we have raised an $11M funding round co-led by Merus Capital and Khosla Ventures.
About our Implementation Team
At Emi, we are focused on solving real problems for our customers and candidates, which is why we are a customer-focused company. Our implementation team is responsible for the initial diagnosis of the client, which means onboarding them to our platform, analyzing their recruiting process, and identifying their pains. Once this is assessed, our team is responsible for designing the best Emi solution for the client, as well as leading the setup of the tool, working together with the product and tech teams, and focusing on addressing the pains identified by the customers and adding value to their recruiting process.
What you'll be doing
As an Implementation Project Manager, you will oversee and drive the successful implementation of the Emi product for our customers. You’ll lead the entire implementation process, using your amazing organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills to harmonize stakeholders and balance various priorities with confidence and enthusiasm! You'll work alongside and coordinate our internal teams (Sales, Tech, Product, CX) and our clients to help build the best platform for their recruiting strategy and needs, ensuring follow-up and compliance with the project’s planned milestones.
Tasks/Activities
- Communicate with the sales representatives to gather all necessary information about the deal and fully understand the project's scope and expectations.
- Establish close relationships with champions to build their trust in our product and expertise.
- Develop detailed and realistic project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
- Monitor project progress, anticipate risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Coordinate tasks across cross-functional teams, including product, engineering, and customer success.
- Ensure the successful implementation of Emi's solution in alignment with their business case, pains, goals, and expectations.
- Guarantee the completion of the project within the agreed-upon timeline with the client while staying within the budget and providing the highest possible value.
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Tech, Product & other CX teams) in a joint effort to comply with project milestones.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Improve our actual Implementation process to get better results every day and be able to measure them through KPIs.
- Analyze and present insights into the real-time results of each implementation.
- Participate and help build the company’s inclusive and people-driven culture.
What we are looking for:
- Relevant work experience managing projects and relationships with big companies, ideally implementing software solutions with enterprise accounts.
- Minimum of 4 years of project management experience, focusing on implementation projects for software solutions in enterprise accounts. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Spanish and English; native is a plus.
- Experience leading projects with cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple clients.
- Project management skills, technical expertise, and strong communication abilities to ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and to the satisfaction of stakeholders.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address project challenges and drive solutions.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities to motivate teams, resolve conflicts, and drive project success.
- Scrum, Agile, or any Project management certification is a plus.
- Persistence and a whatever-it-takes approach to ensure that your project and team are successful.
- Extreme curiosity, a bias for action, and an appetite for learning and growth.
- Thoughtful, with strong attention to detail and the ability to see the big picture.
- Ability to work in a high-growth environment and adapt to changing scenarios and uncertainty.
- Experience working with international companies is a plus, particularly in Mexico and the United States.
