We envision a world where AI runs your business for you. Anyone with a skill will be able to launch a successful business in minutes. They will be able to focus only on doing their best work, not all the other bullshit that comes with running a business.
AI will be their web designer, their marketing agency, their office admin, and their accountant.
We launched the first AI Website builder (before chatGPT!), and have generated over 5 million sites.
We have a long way to go to accomplish our ambitious vision. We raised a $14m Series A from Spark Capital last year, are generating significant revenue, and are a team of 20.
We're looking for an experienced exec to help us scale our culture, revenue, and operations.
The Head of Operations is responsible for overseeing and managing the day-to-day operations of Durable. This role works closely with all functional departments to ensure smooth operations, from product development and customer support to go-to-market.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the delivery of Durable’s products and services to customers, including managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Managing the company's financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, as well as defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Managing the company's human resources, including recruiting, hiring, training, and performance management.
- Developing and implementing strategies and processes to improve efficiency and productivity across the organization to ensure continued growth.
- Working closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to develop and implement long-term business plans and strategies.
