What you’ll do:

If you're passionate about delivering top-notch service and want to be part of an innovative team that thrives on excellence, then this is the opportunity for you! We are on the lookout for a CE Associate to join our team, and take our customer experience to a new level.

You will be the first point of contact for our incredible customers, providing lightning fast & exceptional support through chat, phone, email and video platforms. Your mission is to deliver stellar service and ensure that our customers feel valued and heard.

EST or PST candidates are OK!

Ideally, this person will take on a 10-6pm PST, or 1pm-9pm EST schedule.


  • Dive into action; responding to customer inquiries and issues across various communication channels.
  • Be the beacon of knowledge, offering guidance and solutions on our products and services, with speed and accuracy.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve customer concerns; ensuring they leave satisfied and happy.
  • Keep a meticulous record of your interactions, using your attention to detail to maintain precise documentation.
  • Collaborate with our internal teams and tackle any challenge that comes your way.
  • Set your sights on achieving and surpassing performance goals.
  • Be a part of the team that delivers engaging webinars that showcase Durable's products and services, educate and captivate our online audiences.


  • Expertise with Intercom and Stripe would be a huge bonus!
  • Experience working with AI or website development platforms.
  • 1-2 years of experience working in Customer Success or Customer Experience.

The annual salary range for this role is between $55,000 - $65,000CAD + benefits.
