Capchase is looking for a Sales Enablement Manager to join our rapidly expanding sales organization. If you’re interested in venturing outside the norm and are ready to join a company with a proven and disruptive business model, we’d love to learn more about you.
🚀 The Job
• Coordinate with Head of Sales to define sales support initiatives and align to company and organization OKR’s and goals.
Act as a liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.
Create written content to educate the sales team and advance deals such as case studies, competitive information fact sheets, product collateral, and custom work.
Train sales team on best use of marketing and sales enablement materials.
Field ad hoc content and support requests from the sales team.
Manage the sales enablement content repository and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need.
Determine content adoption metrics and define sales enablement best practices.
Gather feedback from the sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs.
Create new sales training content and update and integrate existing training content from different sources.
Aid in the development of methodology, processes, and best practices to streamline and improve sales enablement.
Constantly seek to evolve and refine the sales enablement process based on feedback.
🧠 Required Experience/Skills
2-4 years experience, Bachelor's Degree
BS or BA degree in instructional design, technical writing, or other related discipline
Expert knowledge of eLearning tools such as Articulate Storyline and Camtasia
Strong planning, project management and line management skills with an ability to set and maintain priorities and meet deadlines.
Demonstrable proficiency in course development and effective methods of knowledge transfer.
Demonstrable ability to devise creative methods for the transfer of technical information.
Agile mindset, prioritizing impact over activity, with a bias toward simple action to test, learn and improve.
Creative thinker willing to try new things in response to business needs.
Strong and transparent communication, organization and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze sales data and metrics to inform sales training designAbility to present information in a variety of learning styles
Ability to manage multiple projects to successful completion
Ability to review training materials with a fresh perspective
Ability to acknowledge content gap and seek successful solutions
